Each apartment has a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and an elegant bedroom. It is possible to accommodate 2 + 2 people.

 They are located in the so-called apartment houses of the complex. Each such house comes with a private spa area, including sauna and steam bath, entertainment room, games and relaxation area with fireplace, pool table, sofas. These houses have between 7 and 10 studios or apartments for accommodation, which helps to avoid large crowds of people.

St. Ivan Rilski Hotel and Apartments is located in the most famous ski resort in Bulgaria – Bansko, 160 km from Sofia. Located near the mountains and only a 10-minute drive to the ski lift, the complex consists of a hotel, a wellness center and 4 luxury apartment houses. The price includes:

Overnight stay on the basis of 2 regular beds;

Use (after 2 pm) of the SPA Area in the villa with access to a steam bath, sauna, relaxation room, games and entertainment room, fireplace;

Shuttle to the ski slopes;

Daily cleaning;

High-speed Internet;

Tourist tax and insurance;

For the youngest guests, the complex provides free baby cots.

Payment for a child from 6 to 12 years on extra bed: 50% of the price per adult on a regular bed per day;

Payment for a third adult on an extra bed: 70% of the price per adult on a regular bed per day;

Accommodation with a pet: BGN 10 per day + a one-time fee of BGN 30 for deep cleaning after leaving the apartment;

Parking space in a covered and guarded parking lot: BGN 10 per day.

Reservations and cancellations:

Reservations are accepted with prepayment of at least 20% of the amount up to 5 days after booking, the remaining amount is paid up to 10 days before check-in.

For reservations made from the 9th day before check-in until the date of check-in, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Cancellations up to 3 days before check-in are free of charge, then 1 night is due.

Cancellations due to quarantine during the accommodation period are free of charge, regardless of how many days there are before the accommodation at the time of cancellation.
